Do You Ship Internationally?

Yes, we ship all over the world. We deliver to the U.S., Canada, Europe, Australia, Japan, and many countries in Southeast Asia.

What Are Your Shipping Charges?

We offer free shipping on all rugs. Since we produce rugs ourselves and sell in high volume, we keep prices low and shipping free.

How Can I Track My Order?

Most orders are shipped through UPS. After your order is sent, you will get an email with a tracking number.

How Long Will Delivery Take?

We usually ship your rug within 3 to 4 days after receiving your order. Delivery takes around 5 to 7 business days, depending on your location.

How Will I Receive a Large Rug?

If your rug is oversized, the delivery company will contact you to schedule a delivery time.
The rug will be delivered to your curb (outside your home). If you need help bringing it inside, please arrange that in advance.

Checking Your Delivery

When your rug arrives, please check it carefully for any damage.

If There Is Visible Damage

Check the package with the delivery driver present
Note the damage on the delivery receipt (both copies)
If the rug is badly damaged, you can refuse delivery
If There Is Hidden Damage or Missing Items:
Inform the delivery company immediately
Request an inspection within 3 days of delivery
Keep all packaging as it is
We will arrange an inspection within 3 days after you inform us
