Returns Policy

At Jpur Arts, we offer a 30-day home trial for all rugs, except customized rugs, opened rug pads, and clearance items.

If you are not happy with your purchase, you can return it easily—no questions asked.

  • Processing and handling fees are non-refundable
  • Customers must pay for return shipping

Once you request a return, we will give you a Return Authorization Number. This helps you send the rug back to our warehouse using your preferred courier.

Return Terms and Conditions

  • Do not fold, tape, or staple the rug when returning it
  • The rug must be in new condition, with no dirt or damage
  • Rugs with any damage or marks will not be accepted
  • You must get a Return Authorization Number before sending the rug
    • If you send it without this number or to the wrong address, extra shipping charges and a 20% service fee will apply
  • Returns are only accepted within the 30-day trial period

Non-Returnable Items

The following items cannot be returned:

  • Clearance items
  • Customized rugs
  • Sample items
  • Opened rug pads

If any of these items arrive damaged or defective, we will:

  • Replace the item (if available), or
  • Provide a refund
